WebQuests and Concept Maps

I have two different pieces of information to share. The first is on WebQuests. There is this amazing site that has a wealth of resources. The link is http://webquest.sdsu.edu/.

Also since we have been looking at different concepting mapping tools I thought this information might be useful. Here is a website with some general information as well as an article comparing Inspiration and cmap. The links are http://encyclopedia.thefreedictionary.com/concept%20mapping and http://www.eschoolnews.com/news/showStory.cfm?ArticleID=5712.

Happy reading!!!!

  • Hi Leanne

    Three good sites...

Bernie Dodge is one (if not the) originator of webquests and his page is a must for anyone interested in the area. Are webquests an area you're interested in?

The "Free CMap Software rivals Inspiration" article is an excellent one. I didn't know that IHMC was actively promoting CMaps to schools.
